We take shipping options and rates very seriously. Thus, we have carefully calculated shipping rates that reflect the actual cost using USPS First Class and Priority mail. We have found this method to be the most economical AND usually the fastest option.However, we have also learned that people have strong preferences over shipping carriers. If you prefer your order shipped via UPS, we will happily do so. Please email us (additional fees may apply and will be manually added to your order).
Please note: UPS Ground shipments do not ‘move’ on weekends. Also, we are located in New Jersey. Please take this information into consideration when choosing UPS Ground over USPS Priority.
We are not responsible for lost packages, but will work with you and the carrier to find a lost package and have the carrier reimburse you for cost of the package.
